Društvo za podporo civilne družbe (DPCD) is a part of the Consulta.si platform that provides support to NGOs on different levels of empowerment, advocacy, counselling, education, and volunteering. It is working towards better positioning of NGOs on the local, regional and national levels. Through different approaches, the main goal is to recognize the needs of local communities and provide solutions through the empowerment of the civil sector and development of new services addressing local needs through volunteer programs, promotion and development of volunteering in NGOs, organization of corporate volunteering, the inclusion of young people among volunteers in NGOs and so on. Our focus in the project is on sharing good practices of volunteering and population ageing.
