What could be better than making someone smile and being rewarded with a sincere and pure “Thank you”?
Volunteers of the youth section of the Bulgarian Red Cross give gifts to children in hospitals every year at Christmas and New Year. It was no different even during the Covid-19 epidemic. As part of charity events and initiatives, volunteers visited more than 200 children from 6 hospitals in Sofia and gave them Christmas gifts provided by The Walt Disney Company. Gift recipients received fun Christmas storybooks, children’s puzzles and reusable water bottles with popular fairy-tale characters.
