Žiga Rappl, recipient of the title Volunteer of the Zasavska region 2020 from Litija, Slovenia

Žiga Rappl is a volunteer of the Litija Red Cross, within the framework of which he participates in all important campaigns. He is always ready to help and responds immediately to a wide variety of needs. During the epidemic, he selflessly helped as a volunteer at the University Clinical Center Ljubljana. First in the clinical department of haematology, and then continued his volunteer work in the “gray zone” in the COVID sector, where they treat patients who, in addition to acute illness, also had suspected COVID-19.
